Yes, I think so. I have two reasons.
First, applicants can reduce their costs. They do not have to travel for the interview, so they can save time and money. Some people say that interviews should be held at the company, but there is not a big difference between in-person and online interviews.
Second, applicants can look at their notes without the interviewer noticing. This helps them say what they want to say even if they are nervous. Some people say that they should remember everything instead of using notes, but being able to remember something and being able to do a job are two different things.
For these two reasons, I think online interviews are a good idea. (119 words)
