Today, some companies use online interviews for people applying for jobs. I think this is a good idea. I have two reasons for my opinion. First, it helps companies save time. They can do interviews anytime and anywhere. Some people might say it is hard for companies to find good employees online, but more people can apply for jobs easily. Second, companies can interview people from far away more easily. This helps them find smart people. Even though some companies prefer face-to-face interviews, they can still do that when needed. For these reasons, I believe it is a good idea for some companies to have online interviews for people applying for jobs. (112 words)
