I do not agree with the idea that Japan should accept more people from other countries to work in Japan. I have two reasons for this opinion. First, people speak different languages. In any job, communication is important in order to achieve goals. Some people say that we can solve this problem by using translation apps. However, using them takes time and reduces efficiency. Second, there are cultural differences. For example, in Japan, being polite to customers is considered important. In some other countries, this may not be as important. Some people think that cultural differences can be used in a positive way. However, this may lead to a situation where Japanese culture is not respected. People who like Japanese values may feel disappointed. For these reasons, I think Japan should not accept more foreign workers to work in this country. (141 word)
