Today, some young people do not want to start working for large companies. Do you think the number of these people will increase in the future.
I believe that the number of young people who want to work for large companies will not increase in the future. First of all, because large companies are global, they tend to force their employees to relocate more often than smaller companies. This adds stress to the lives of their workforce. While some may like moving to other places, I believe that this is the minority. Second, large companies do not provide an environment that encourages younger employees to be creative and pursue their own ideas. Since they already have goals and tasks in mind, their workers are compelled to complete them. While some companies do provide a framework for their younger staff to exercise their creativity, most do not. These are the reasons why I believe the number of people wanting to work for large companies will not increase. (140 words)
