People around the world live longer lives than they did in the past. Do you think people will live even longer lives in the future?

I believe that people around the world live longer lives than they did in the past. I have two reasons to support my view. Firstly, medical technology has been developing. Thanks to that, you can recover from many diseases. While some diseases cannot be treated, the number will decrease with time. Secondly, science has been making a progress. Due to the development of air conditioners, the number of the people who die because of heat or cold has been decreasing. Some poor people might not be able to purchase such items but the prices have become cheaper over time. For these reason, in my opinion, humans around the world live longer lives than they did in the past. (118 words)

世界中の人々が昔より長生きしている。将来、人々はさらに長生きすると思いますか？

私は、世界中の人々が昔よりも長生きしていると思います。私の考えを裏付ける2つの理由があります。まず、医療技術が発達してきたことです。そのおかげで、多くの病気から回復することができます。治療できない病気もありますが、その数は時間とともに減っていくでしょう。第二に、科学は進歩しています。エアコンの発達により、暑さや寒さのために命を落とす人の数は減っています。貧しい人々の中には、そのような商品を購入できない人もいるかもしれませんが、価格は時代とともに安くなっています。このような理由から、世界中の人間は昔より長生きしていると私は思います。
